When to reach for more than a daydream
These reflections can be a small, steadying companion. But some things are bigger than a quiet exercise, and deserve a real person. Please reach out to a doctor, a therapist, or a trusted friend if you notice:
- Thoughts of harming yourself, or of not being here.
- A low mood, worry, or grief that won't lift, or that gets in the way of ordinary life.
- Feeling unsafe, or unable to cope on your own.
Turning toward help is not a failure. It is one of the bravest, kindest things you can do for yourself.
What Kokology is, and isn't
Everything here is for gentle reflection and a little wonder. It is not a psychological test, a diagnosis, a treatment, or a prediction. Keep whatever rings true, and leave the rest at the table.
